The box arrived in very good condition, but the choice of delivery company was not the best as they do not pay attention to delivery preferences. Luckily I was at home and it wasn't raining. The bookshelf is great, made of metal, very, very large. It's easy to assemble, fits a lot of things, and I like that it takes advantage of the height of my entire door, something I haven't found in other similar products. My door was a bit thinner and with the weight, the hinges moved and wouldn't let me close the door. To do this, I added a piece of something to provide stability and thickness. Very satisfied with the purchase.
Dear buyers in europe, i want to warn you that this seller uses low-quality logistics companies such as dpd and gls, which do not deliver goods to their customers and do not answer phone calls and e-mail. My order was not delivered!!! The seller did not return my money for 2 weeks. I live in belgium, my order traveled all over belgium and ended up in france. I am very disappointed in the communication and service of this seller. Only after 2 weeks of suffering did aliexpress return my money for the undelivered item. I do not recommend this store!
